kpx/lnk v1 links a Kaspa principal to an EVM address to support hybrid authentication. Kaspa remains the canonical identity for ownership and commit payments.
Rules
The record is wallet-owned (payer == addr). The highest seq wins. op:set stores the evm address, op:clear removes it.
